The Chamber is governed by the following bodies:
General Board
Formed by all members of the Chamber who are current in payment of dues. It is chaired by the President, and in his absence, the First Vice President.
Board of Directors
Composed by 24 members from among whom there will be choosen the President, Vice President, Second Vice President, Treasurer and Accountant. The last two figures can be undertaken together by a single vowel. These positions shall be occupied by members of the Chamber who are current in payment of dues.
At the Extraordinary General Meeting of October 18, 2007, the current Board of Directors of the Mining Chamber was elected:

- President: Mr. Francisco Aréchaga Rodríguez (Endesa Generación, Energy Mining)
- 1st Vice President: Mr. Pablo Campo Fernández (Europizarras, Slate)
- 2nd Vice President: Mr. David Fernández (David Fernández Grande, Granite)
- Treasurer-Counter: Mr. José Lista Tasende (Lista Arenas y Gravas, Sand an Gravel)
